Larger or less common instruments (string bass, harp, electric piano, drums, etc.) will cost more and may require a cartage fee. As stated above, the travel fee is charged for any event taking place further than 50 miles from our home base in Anaheim, CA. Examples of these areas include: Malibu, San Diego, Del Mar, Palm Springs, and the San Fernando Valley.
Our terms of service are as follows:
The El Real Chamber Players provide their own music, music stands, and lights. The buyer is expected to provide adequate performance space, electrical outlets, armless chairs and temperature control.
When required to perform outdoors, ADEQUATE SHADE MUST BE PROVIDED. Musical instruments are valuable and can be damaged by sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
The El Real Chamber Players reserve the right to provide business cards to any guest requesting them while attending your event, and to accept all gratuities when offered. However, the El Real Chamber Players will refrain from any overt advertising during your event.
Upon request, the El Real Chamber Players can provide amplification for any ensemble for an additional $100.00 fee. If more than one amplification system is needed, a second system can be provided.

Terms of the Contract:
Deposit is refundable up to 3 weeks prior to the event date. Balance is due 3 weeks prior to the event date.
There will be a 5 MINUTE BREAK every 60 minutes beginning after the initial 60 minutes, on all events lasting longer than 1 hour.
If the purchaser cancels the event at any time PRIOR to 3 weeks before the event date, the TOTAL deposit will be refunded.
If the purchaser cancels the event AFTER 3 weeks prior, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
OVERTIME shall be paid IN CASH, NO LATER THAN 10 MINUTES AFTER THE PERFORMANCE HAS CONCLUDED. Overtime commences
11 minutes after the contractual time is reached.
The signatory shall provide musicians of the same caliber as represented on the Demo CD/YouTube videos.
Live auditions and consultations shall be at the discretion of the signatory. A travel fee may apply.
The purchaser shall provide adequate performance space, armless chairs, and shading/heating for the ensemble hired. String quartets require
at least 12 square feet of performance space. If needed, the purchaser will also provide all necessary electrical outlets.
The performing ensemble may provide business cards requested by guests, and accept tips offered by same. However, no overt advertising
shall occur by the ensemble during the event.
The above listed charges are strictly for musical services rendered on the date, in the time frame, and at the designated venue listed above,
and DO NOT reflect any possible additional expenses imposed by the designated venue or other entities; i. e., insurance, taxes, licenses or fees of any kind.
